Youthchaupal — Child Safety Standards & Zero-Tolerance Policy

Youthchaupal is an 18+ community. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) across games, Adda and Baithak.

18+ access

The app requires users to confirm they are 18 or older. Suspected minor accounts and age misrepresentation are escalated for review and may result in account termination, consistent with applicable law.

Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

Content, images, text, voice communication and behavior that depict, promote, facilitate or solicit child sexual abuse, exploitation or grooming are prohibited. Content identifying or endangering a minor is not allowed.

Review and moderation

Profile pictures and Adda photos are subject to review before becoming public. Filters and moderation controls operate in social features. Reports are reviewed and may lead to removal, account restrictions or escalation. The precise coverage and response times must be verified before launch.

Report or block in the app

Use the menu on Adda posts and comments to report content or block its author. In Baithak and game tables, open a participant's profile or safety menu to report or block when available.

Escalation and preservation

We will review credible reports promptly, remove violating content where appropriate, restrict accounts when warranted, and cooperate with relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Any fixed log-preservation period and external reporting commitments must be confirmed by counsel and reflected in operational procedures before publication.
