Terms of Service
The rules for using Youthchaupal games and social spaces.
1. Who may use Youthchaupal
Youthchaupal is intended only for people aged 18 and over. You must provide accurate age and account information. Accounts may be restricted or terminated for suspected minor access or material age misrepresentation, subject to applicable law and a review process.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your sign-in details secure. Do not impersonate another person, harass users, share unlawful content, exploit the service, or attempt to bypass moderation and safety controls.
3. Games, bots and virtual coins
Some matches may use clearly labelled automated opponents to fill an open seat. Coins are a closed-loop virtual game score used for in-app features. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for money, or transferred between users. They are not a stake or prize in a real-money game.
4. Social features and moderation
Adda posts and Baithak conversations must follow the Community Guidelines. We may review, restrict, remove or report content and may suspend accounts when necessary to protect users or comply with law.
5. Creator Partner Program
Any creator program is separate from gameplay and virtual coins. Eligibility, earnings, verification, payment timing, fees and tax treatment will be governed by a separate program agreement and applicable law. No creator earnings are tied to ad clicks or encouraged ad views.
6. Purchases and ads
Purchases, if offered, are processed through Google Play. Advertising may be shown outside active gameplay. The app may provide a paid option to remove ads, subject to the store terms.
7. Account closure and support
You can request account deletion through the app or the account deletion page. For help, contact support@youthchaupal.com.
8. Grievance contact and legal entity
Operating entity: [Confirm legal entity name]
Registered office: [Add complete registered office address]
Grievance Officer: [Add full legal name] · grievance@youthchaupal.com
These terms must be reviewed for the jurisdictions where the service is offered before becoming effective.
